Refund and Privacy Policy

Due to the nature of transcription services, refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver the completed transcript or if the final transcript contains significant errors that do not meet the agreed-upon accuracy level. Requests for refunds or revisions must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.  We do not offer refunds for completed and approved work, changes in requirements after delivery or dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information.  All audio, video and text files submitted for transcription are kept confidential and used solely to provide our services.  We do not share, sell, or disclose your content to third parties except as required to complete the service or comply with obligations.  Files and personal information are securely stored and accessed only by authorized personnel.  Upon request, we will delete your files after service completion.
